In this session, Phil will discuss why confidence is the most important trait that leaders can draw upon when leading change. Confidence is tested the most when leaders can’t answer change-related questions based on their operational experience. They either stall making a decision or make a quick one based on insufficient information. Both choices slow progress and increase risk of failure. Phil will share the five most important questions that predict the success of a change initiative. He also will demonstrate how leaders can build their confidence by understanding these questions and use practical approaches to answer them well.
