Jason began working with technology early on creating a bulletin board system (BBS) even before the Internet as we now know it was really in existence. By the time he was 16 he had his own networking support and software development business where he wrote one of the first online rebate systems in the mid 90’s. Jason has always used his strong entrepreneurial spirit to grow businesses by leveraging technology to create new opportunities. Before founding 360incentives.com, Jason served as President and CEO of TMR, a marketing services company. Over the past few years Jason has been involved with several organizations including the vice-chair technology committee for YPO (Young Presidents Organization), education chair Global One YPO Chapter, member of Summit Series (invite only community of entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and thought leaders) and speaker on technology for Dale Carnegie.
Phil Buckley is a senior change management professional with over twenty years of experience helping individuals, teams and organizations achieve business goals across country and global businesses. He has managed twenty-eight large-scale change projects including co-leading global change management for the $19.6 billion Kraft Foods acquisition of Cadbury with a team of forty change leads across sixty countries. Jocelyn Bérard is an experienced executive with extensive Canadian and international experience in the areas of Human Resources and Business management. He has worked in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia. Jocelyn's clients are from industries as diverse as telecommunications, auto manufacturing, health care, retail,aerospace and banking. He has worked with organizations such as Purdue Pharma, Nissan, The Ottawa Hospital, Canada Post, eHealth, Peugeot, Sobeys, GM, Hydro One, MPAC and Pratt & Whitney. His interventions focus on Talent Management, especially related to Leadership Development, Succession Management and Selection best practices. Ryan Walter has played more than 1000 NHL games over 15 seasons. He was drafted second overall by the Washington Capitals, where he became the NHL’s youngest captain. Ryan won a Stanley Cup with the Montreal Canadiens before finishing his playing career as a Vancouver Canuck. He was World Junior Team Canada Captain, four-time Team Canada member, NHL All-Star, Vice-President of the National Hockey League Players Association, and NHL Man of the Year. He has also served as an NHL coach, Head Coach of the Canadian National Women’s Team, a TV hockey analyst, actor for television and movies, board game creator, and expert contributor to newspapers, radio, and television. Currently the President of the AHL’s Abbotsford Heat, Ryan speaks worldwide, has a Master’s Degree in Leadership/Business, is a Director of the Hockey Canada Foundation, a member of the Seton Hall Stillman School of Business Leadership Advisory Council and the author of five books.
